Delete your account

You can delete your NearBlend account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. No email, form or request to us is required.

How to delete your account

1. Open NearBlend and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when asked. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

What may be retained, and for how long

We may retain a limited amount of information after deletion where the law requires it, or where it is necessary for safety:

• Safety reports made about your account are kept for audit and abuse-prevention purposes, for up to 12 months.
• Records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the applicable law requires.

Everything else is deleted or de-identified within 30 days. Messages you sent may remain visible to the person who received them, in the same way an ordinary message does.
